Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is manufactured out of the plastic bottles (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are manufactured from “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles these are further broken into :
sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres
It is then, converted into a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric generally known as stitch bond fabric through the use of top quality polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining from the thread and loose fibre is actually a stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 percent local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is manufactured by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue will then be included with change the looks to create the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics are available in different widths and weights, with respect to the clients requirements.
