Alpine Sky Golden Retrievers is often a small family-oriented breeder situated in Raleigh, NC. Our fascination with English Cream Golden Retrievers began having an earnest look for a great dog. We needed your dog which was kid-friendly and trainable, with a calm, gentle temperament therefore we began searching for breeds which had characteristics suitable for our lifestyle.
Because we like hiking, lake and beach time, we wanted your dog that loved water and workout. It seemed to be key how the dog ‘t be a barker because we home based. After much research, we chose the English Cream Golden Retrievers, which was an ideal fit for people.
We wanted months to get a quality male coming from a responsible small family breeder, lastly found him. In 2008, we fell completely fond of our first boy, Kozmo, together with his gentle, sweet nature and happy go lucky attitude. He loves everyone, especially children, and that we were immediately passionate about the breed. We added Holly to the family and, in 2014, our extended dog family began to form with the first litter planning to carefully selected friends and neighbors.
After witnessing the enrichment of so many lives, we had arrived motivated to continue sharing our special dogs with additional families along with the broader community.
Leveraging their gentle and sweet temperaments, we began certifying a lot of our own dogs as Therapy Dogs. It has been a rewarding experience for the family, the dogs, along with the individuals obtaining the comfort and joy our dogs present to everyone.
We continue our give attention to dogs best-suited being loving loved ones and hopefully future therapy dogs.
