It was built between 1698 and 1702 by Constantin Brancoveanu, who owned it for 119 years before it took over as property of the Bibescu family. The palace carries a very complex history, going through a lot of turmoil and culminating with almost total devastation through the war. More details on that during the trip.
Our journey continues with all the Snagov monastery, built with an island in the center of the Snagov lake. The monastery exists since the beginning in the 15th century, through the ruling of Mircea the Elder, but may be rebuilt by Mircea the Shepherd, in addition to Vlad Tepes. Inside your body will see the tomb of Vlad Tepes (Dracula’s tomb).
